Abstract

This case revolves around the problems faced by a vice president for human resources at a regional hospital.  A staff pharmacist who worked at an affiliated hospital was promoted and then for various reasons demoted and transferred.  This pharmacist has been accused of dispensing medication improperly violating the law and hospital policy.  Since the pharmacist is a member of a protected class, and the VP of HR must investigate the situation.
